Dancing With Delirium
Dancing with Delirium is the perfect companion piece for an afternoon of yearning, staring wistfully out over the river in forlorn rigidity. Or a reminder of a happier time immersed in profundity at your last music festival or concert. Or something fun to read on a cheery summer morning.
It features Reza, a young man in mourning. The person he once thought he would become has passed away peacefully after a long battle with not ever existing, and Reza is left to grieve as he grapples with his upcoming adulthood that he finds exceedingly “unremarkable.” One long night at a music festival, Reza, an aspiring but largely unsuccessful musician himself, meets a collection of zany characters and works his way through his grief, learning to let go of deluded dreams and find his place in the world. The events of the festival range from psychedelic and dystopian to wacky and downright silly as Reza and his friends find themselves launched into a wild journey by the end of the headlining set.
About Me!
I am a writer from Atlanta, GA, currently based out of Washington DC, and my debut novel is coming out later this year. Head on over to my Blog/Stories page to see some of my work. If you don't like it, you just didn't get it, and you probably don't have the capacity to get it and you're completely unlovable also, as an aside. But feel free to leave some honest feedback.

I was visited by Albert Camus in a dream when I was 17 years old, but I don't speak French so didn't get anything out of it. A few years later, I started, independently from any dream, to write seriously, and you are the benefactor of that joyous decision.

I like music, baseball, and rapscallion activities (top ten ranked east of the Mississippi).
